Privacy Policy

Last updated: 04/08/2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information AKSoft ("we," "us") collects through aksofttech.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, company (optional), area of interest, and message. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect payment information through this website.

2. How We Use It

We use the information you submit solely to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, to follow up about that engagement. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

3. Third-Party Processors

Contact form submissions are sent using Resend, a third-party email delivery service, in order to reach our team by email. Resend processes this data on our behalf and is bound by its own privacy and security practices. We do not currently use third-party analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

4. Data Retention

We keep contact form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of our communications, after which they may be deleted.

5. Your Rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or request that we correct or delete it, at any time by emailing adminaksoft@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Children's Privacy

This website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision.
